PROJECT DETAIL
Jack in the Box is a premium soft play centre located in the heart of Beverley, East Yorkshire.
A treasure trove of fun, play and imagination – the centre is continually improving it’s offering for the benefit of it’s visitors.
We were approached by the owners of Jack in the Box at a crucial point in the business’ ambitious growth plans. It was to be announced that they would be starting the build of a fantastic role play Village on the unused second floor of the building which had previously hosted a gymnastics club.
Along with this announcement, Jack in the Box were to undergo a complete rebrand and were looking to engage with a content creator who would be ready to capture the finished products of these 2 milestone projects.
PLANNING
Planning is always such an important part of any project, and this one was no exception. It was really important that the team at Insight could be flexible to create the content at a time when the soft play centre was closed to the general customers and the planning phase helped us all identify how this would be achieved to everybody’s convenience.
CONTENT CHOICES
Content choices were discussed and planned in as ideas were bounced backwards and forwards. The project initially called for photography and videography but when we surveyed the premises as a team, it was obvious we could suggest 2 other content tools that would bring some real excitement and dynamism to the finished results.
We suggested that an ‘FPV’ drone fly through of the premises would look really exciting and that a interactive 360 virtual tour would also be very useful for helping website pre-engagement from potential customers. The owners were really excited at how these tools could help bring things to life for them and booked those in as well.
WORKING WITH ALL AGE GROUPS
We captured content over several sessions to engage with all age groups in Jack’s customer base and I have to say by the time myself and the team were finished we were absolutely shattered!
We had such a great time with the project, the location was outrageously inspiring – so much life and colour everywhere you looked then add in the natural energy of children at play and we just couldn’t go wrong!
GREAT RESULTS
We’re really proud of the results we helped to create for our client and absolutely delighted that they are being recognised by their industry peers with a nomination for UK’s best role centre of 2024 – we really hope they are rewarded for all of their amazing energy, ideas and tireless commitment to making their centre as good as it can be!
